Shopping Instructions & Information

Shopping Instructions: Add products to Shopping Basket by Clicking on "Add to Basket". Products stay in the basket till you Checkout or Exit. You can View, Change Quantity, or Delete products in Shopping Basket anytime by clicking on "Shopping Basket". When you are done shopping, Click on "Checkout" (top right of your screen). This will take you to checkout procedure where you can input your order information: Billing, Shipping, Credit Card,..etc.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on our web site do not include shipping charges.
Shipping Methods & Times (USA Domestic): Ground Service: 2 to 7 business days. Air Service: Next Day (1 business day), 2nd Day (2 business days), Express Saver (3 business days). Some Large or Heavy products (example furniture) will ship only by Truck. Orders received after 12:00PM EST will be processed next business day. Products in stock will be shipped 24-48 hours after receipt of order. Non-stock products will be either drop shipped from the manufacturer or you will be notified by email if the order is on back order and estimated ship date.
Shipping charges (Ground or Air): You can calculate shipping charges for a product or order using our online shipping calculator. To use this calculator, select the product (s) that you are interested in by clicking on the "Buy One Now" button and inserting the product (s) in the Shopping Basket as if you are processing an order. You will be asked to input your name, shipping, and billing information (Checkout page 1 of 3). Next Screen (Checkout page 2 of 3) will show you the different shipping services and prices. After obtaining shipping charges, you can cancel shopping by closing your browser without any information being sent to us or -if you choose- you can continue to the final checkout step (Page 3 of 3) to input your credit card information and complete your order.
Shipping charges (Truck): Heavy or Large Products that cannot ship by FedEx or UPS will ship by Truck (example Furniture). These products will show a product weight of "0". When you place an order for one of these products, your order will show shipping charges=$0. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a quotation for shipping charges by email. Your order will not be processed before receiving your approval for shipping charges by return email. You can obtain a freight quote before processing an order by calling customer service.
Free Shipping: We occasionally offer a "Free Shipping" sales incentive for some products. These products will be shipped by GROUND SERVICE within the Continental USA Excluding Hawaii & Alaska. When you order a product that qualifies for "Free Shipping", you MUST Select GROUND service at checkout. Ground shipping charges will show in your order and will print in your invoice but will not be charged to your credit card. If your order includes several products with one (or more) that qualifies for Free Shipping, shipping charges will be calculated only for the products that do not qualify for this incentive.
International Orders: Shipping charges are not calculated when you submit your order. Upon receipt of the order, we will send you an email with shipping cost. Your order will not be  processed before receiving your approval for shipping charges. Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other expenses incurred at country of destination are to be paid by the customer. Minimum order= $400. We do not accept Foreign Credit Cards, we only accept US credit cards and we only ship to Credit Card's Billing Address. Wire Transfer is required for International orders.
